This is the deal. Cingular Wireless states in the contract that messaging is included in the package price. And it does not spell out a conditional charge as in call forwarding. If you use this feature you pay extra. Or with roaming you know it spells out you pay extra.

But with messaging it says it includes, mobile to mobile, web to mobile text messaging you can send or recieve.

But when you get the bill they charge you .10 cents a piece even though you have no control over who sends you messages.

They try to say when you call and complain that yes this feature is included for .10 cents, but it says this no were in the contract or online. But they say you can add example 100 messages a month for 2.99 optional package.

But if you go on line to their web site to "upgrade to this new option feature" their on line system tells you are making a mistake because this option is all ready available in your monthly package.

Telling you you're going to be paying for something you already have because that would be a violation of federal law if we did not and they got busted for that before.

So beware they are charging all of you at .10 cents a message for a service that is included at no additional cost for text messaging. Multiply this times all of cingular, they're ripping off millions of dollars a year from all of us cingular wireless customers.

So read your orginal contracts and if we get together we can file a class action law suite and stop this.

And i have requested 3 times now for a regional or national manger to address this policy and no employee yet has given me a name address phone number or a email address to address this problem.

Every one needs to call in and have this removed off their bill each month..

Whatever you're being charged for test messaging that is hidden in your bill. You have to look close to find the 50 cents or dollar or too .

But we have to fight back to this dishonest practice.
