Cingular Rif-off their customer by contracts.

I signed a 1 year contract with a dealer of cingular in arcadia,CA named Reacher Communication. I still have a pink copies of cingular which just have my signature only. for somehow cingular have a 2 years contract with my signature and dealer stamp. I called them and faxed to them my copies. they just say they follow 2 years contract. I want to cancel they want penalty for $1100 for 4 lines family plan. their services is worse.customer service is suck. Many people were in the same situation like me. we got scammed and we did not want Cingular scam you. Cingular allowed their dealer to scam all customers so they can get more money by 2 yrs contract. please make sure the dealer stamp or dealer signature on the copies they give to you. the best way is giving the F*** to Cingular. Please go with any provider but Cingular.

Even though it sucks to have been treated this way, and being pissed off is understanable, it is not Cingular wireless's policy to dictate the practices of our private dealers. We merely extend the right to sell our rate plans and phones. What they do is on them, not Cingular. Sorry for the trouble. Our western region call centers are working on becoming better customer service centers. I myself am never rude to customers because i hate being screwed over by large copmanies who seemingly don't care, but I can say with certainty, that this store was not Owned by Cingualr itself.
