I am amazed at how I have been treated by Cingular.

To start off my service has been horrible for over 2 months & evidentally it's not a priority. That started the realization that I am on an ols AT&T account & to go to Cingular I have to sign a 2 year contract. Well I signed one last September under the assumption I was on a "Cingular" plan. I should have never assumed oh wait I asked & was told I was & that I even had rollover minutes. It was not true & I just found out.

On top of this I upgraded from 300 text pages to 1000 on May 13. To my suprise on May 9 when I was still on 300 text pages I was being charged @ 111. They keep telling me it's because of the prorate. How do you explain going to more text pages & paying more. I have sent numerous emails & get the same excuse that the charges are right & they cannot refund. I am so angry!!

I cannot sit back & be ripped off I work hard for what I have. If ANYONE can help me please!!

Hi,

I work at the Hillsboro, OR Cingular on TV Hwy in the Sunset Esplanade. I am very sorry to hear about your experience with Cingular.

We have recently had a management change and have added new sales and dedicated customer service staff. Cingular does take your complaints seriously and is doing everything possible to improve customer experiences as your satisfaction is our number one priority.

I would be happy to personally take a look at your account if you could drop by the store. Many times dropping by is much more effective than emails or phone calls. If adjustments are in order we can do them on the spot.

I was a AT & T employee before Cingular so I am familiar with those plans as well as Cinglar migrations.
