Cingular Can't believe they treat long time customers the way they do! ripoff Internet

I was a long time customer of At&t wireless, 6 years to be exact. I was told that they were making a merger with Cingular wireless and was assured that there would be no changes in my service or contract. What a load of crap! I had what they called digital service since that was the only option when I first received service with at&t. It was great. I had an awesome call plan with 1000 daytime minutes and unlimited nights and weekends for only 39.99 a month.

I didn't immediatly notice a difference in my service. It took about 6 months before the real problems started. Everytime I would make a call or received a call it would drop with in 30 seconds. I was transfered to their tech assist and they tried troubleshooting(so they called it).

Nothing worked that we were doing. They told me since they had switched to GSM that I would have to change my plan and they didn't guarentee that my calls wouldn't be dropped. Thanks A lot AT&T
