CINTAS CORPORATION TARGETS SMALL BUSINESS WITH LAWYERS AFTER IT FAILS TO PERFORM QUALITY SERVICES. JACKSON Mississippi

Signed a contract on october of 2010 with Cintas to provide my company with quality uniforms for my employees and myself. I was assigned a salesman/ truck runner that is suppost to come by once a week and pick up the uniforms and take care of any issues pertaining to the account. I WAS TOLD mr. Weed i am your rep and anything your need or any changes go thru me. "I will handle it for you".  Every week i had to look at the uniforms and i would see problems and imperfections like wrong company name on the uniform, used uniforms that clearly came from another company and did not get fixed properly, company patches missing, torn uniforms that should have been replaced,stained uniforms that should have been replaced, buttons missing and unserviceable uniforms.after my technicians refused to wear the uniforms because the smell like cat piss this caused me to cancel the service. During all this time i had a superviser come to my office on several occasions and tell me "MR WEED i am going to take care of this and give us another chance" I honestly gave cintas there fair shot to make things right and they failed . SO i fired them !  Now they expect me to pay them 8528.90 and they are having there corporate law firm The Murkin Group call me and write me letter demanding payment and are threatening to sue me. They are expecting me to pay them for the remaining contract even though they cant provide me quality service after many atempts to work with them. After reading about other small businesses on forbes, rip off report , and the better business bureau that have been targeted by the same type of abuse from this big company i now understand that they do not care about there customers or repetation. Take great caution if you choose to use this company.
