my name is george gardner. my exwife made a school loan from the us dept of education, direct loan service center utica, ny under my name and social security number. she then cashed the checks and kept the money. the check in queston was cashed at the colonial bank. about three week later she left with my three children. my exwife was cinthia cole gardner

if anyone knows of her location, please let me know. i would like to see my children.
