Circle Buick GMC RON WESTERFIELD had several probs with car..took 9 days to fix window motor..after complaining all promises made to me by sales person RON WESTERFIELD during the sale were gone he stated "ALL DEALS WERE GONE & HE WASN'T HELPING WITH ANY THING IN FUTURE" Highland Indiana

  I purchased a new Buick Encore on 7-11-13 at Circle Buick in Highland Indiana after one week i noticed the left rear window would not work up or down. I took car in to Circle Buick for repairs & they had the car for "9" days finally they took another part off of a new car on the lot & put on mine. I called & complained every few days & even had my sales person Ron Westerfield try to help me. When I received the survey card in the mail I did not rate Circle Buick "completely Satisfied " in all areas & because of this & all my complaints about the repairs Ron Westerfield "salesman for Circle Buick" told me all promises he made to me at the time of the sale were gone ( free tank of gas & car mats ) he also told me  that I had hurt their rating by filling out the survey card the way I did.. Ron Westerfield told me because i complained about my car so much & filled out the survey card the way I did I was black balled by the sales department & they were not going to do anything for me extra now or in the future for me
