This dealership refuses to accept responsibility for their actions we purchased a 2016 GMC terrain in I asked them about a discount off the vehicle because my dad retired from GM and they told me that they don't do that anymore which was a lie because I went to another GMC dealership and they told me that they should have been a discount which would amount to $2,193

It is their decision to go along or not go along with this discount. It is your decision to go elsewhere, which you did. Oh yes, speaking of decisions, why not you decide to use a second or third grader to teach you all about sentence structure, punctuation and capitalization!
