Went in cooler got beer with shelf tag of $6.99. Got to register and rung up at $8.99. Pointed out over charge and was told I was wrong brought clerk in cooler she removed $6.99 tag said it was wrong and underneath was tag for $7.99 was told still wrong and it is $8.99. I asked for dollar back and clerk didn't know how to refund.
I asked clerk to let manager know and I would discuss with mgmnt. Went back day or two later told manager and was told she was not present at the time so nothing she could do.
Went to circle k again this morning got 2'cups coffee and 1/2 gallon milk. Shelf price on milk $2.29 clerk rung up $2.99. Informed of error and once again told I was wrong asked for manager and was told not in. After arguing for a bit clerk went to back and I followed and sure enough there was manager.
Manager asked if I was there just to check tags and was told to get out of office and leave. I asked for corporate number and once again told to leave and laughed at. Manager told clerk to re-ring and refund difference after considerable time and clerk refused manager laughed. Finally refunded money and would not re-ring.
Any advice as to how to proceed with price switching and feeling of racism by being laughed at?

You think it is Racism because you were laughed at? Are you one who also thinks that there are Black Helicopters following you every day? I don't know what race you are. You could be White, Brown, Black, Yellow..or Green for all I know or care. I would have probably laughed at you as well because I am sure you must have been quite a sight.
As to how to proceed. First take off that Tin Foil hat. Then contact your County/State(usually Weights and Measures) and see if they have any rules on "Scanner Accuracy". If so you can probably report them and have them inspected. But as to if you are going to get anything out of it...generally not.
