Me and my husband went to circuitcity on 12/26/02. We purchased a cell phone for me and we were supposed to have received $100.00 rebate but we haven't received any rebate yet. I mailed all the stuff I was told to do.

First of all, who was the rebate from? CC, the cell provider, or phone manufacturer.
Secondly, have you contaced the provider of the rebate?
You haven't given enough information for anyone to try and be helpfull in the matter.
Rather than sit there and complain, ask questions, and find out if the rebate may have been lost, was not valid (happens a LOT with c-phones as they are for NEW CUSTOMERS only if you read the fine print), or is being processed.
I've gotten a TON of rebates from CC and other stores, and sometimes things happen and the rebates take a while to get. I hope you do get your rebate.
