CIRCUIT CITY paid for mp3 player online, have confirmation email, never received item!!! Foxborough Massachusetts

I paid for an mp3 player and was supposed to pick up from Circuit City in Foxborough, MA.I called the store and due to a problem the manager agreed to ship to my home so I wouldn't have to go back again.I never received the item and now I find out the store is already closed!!!! Do I have any recourse???
