Has anyone thought about or is anyone willing to start a "Class Action" on this?
There Is Any Reason for this to transpire Period.
I have a number of Extended Warranties , That I obtained when I got my different items from Circuirt City. Ranging from $300 down to $ 27 for the warranties.
I have a good amount of money outlayed to just "write it off".I am sure there are Many other, that think as I do.

It is a Total Shame to be treated as this. I have at this point been on hold to the Warranty Co. for 26 Min.
They just answered, I have a lady on the phone now. Her comments where(after I was on Hold for 5 Min. Quote.. " someone will call you in 10 business days") Again More "put-off".

First off, you sound like you just want to off-load your expenses from protection plans. You didn't state a "real" complaint, and can't get any help from anyone here because of that. If all you're trying to do is get your money back from the warranties, it won't happen. All sales were final beginning January 16th. Even if you bought an item in December, there are no refunds. If you have a problem with one product, why not mention that instead of all the warranties you have purchased. People like you are the reason for the downfall of a company like Circuit City. Sure, they didn't exactly do everything right, but at least tried to right their wrongs.

Try calling the right company

Your warranty is not through Circuit City. It's covered by a 3rd party, and is expressly stated as such on your reciept.

Call that company.
