Circuit City Targus Optical Wireless Mouse Rebate Ripoff Miami Florida

On Sept. 29, 2003 18:15 I Paid 19.99 + tax for a wireless optical notebook mouse with a model # of PAWM10U. It was delivered to me on Oct. 2, 2003 10:06. The mouse was advertised with a $10 rebate, which led to me decision to buy it.

The rebate term started on Sept. 28, 2003 and ended on Oct. 04, 2003 11:59 EST. It had to be postmarked by November 4th, 2003.

I completed the rebate and mailed in all the materials on Oct. 4, 2003.

I had many attempts at contacting via email, and phone. I was either ignored, or requested to submit a fax resubmission, which I of course did.

I sent in faxes on Nov. 24, 2003 21:36, and on Feb. 6, 2004 23:44. I emailed between and after those dates.

The final email after the last fax was responded with something along the lines of "I'm too late to participate in this promotion"
