I bought a laptop from Circuit City on Black Friday online. Purchasing the laptop allowed me a free software, a wireless router, and an all-in-one printer through mail-in rebates. When I ordered on-line, I saw no option to purchase this additional package. When I went to pick up the items at the store, I was told that the additional package was supposed to purchased online - an option I did not see and if anyone was on their web site that day would know how unresponsive and slow the circuit city was on black friday. I want Circuit City to honor their advertisement; otherwise if I knew, I would have never bought the computer from them.

I got the same promotion online. u have to add all the items and buy them. i received them and i mailed in my rebate forms. now i am just waitin for my rebate checks. but that promotion has now ended. they now have another promotion for Free: Printer & internet security &TaxCut with purchase - http://www.circuitcity.com/rpsm/oid/193565/bundleId/16358/rpem/ccd/bundleDetail.do
i remember the website being slow with all the deals they had online but that is balck friday. even store was busy.
