Circuit City Computor Warranty rip-off Port Richey Florida

12 Months ago I bought a HP Multimedia Computor and a 4 year extended warranty. One month ago it stopped working. I brought it into the store and they sent it away for 3 weeks to be fixed. I was called from the repair center and told that they couldn't replace the power unit because HP doesn't put the one thats in my computor in. I have never opened my computor and what is in there is what I was sold. They said that it is working now that they replaced the mother board and will send it back. When it came back it still wasn't working and one of the boards they put in had fallen inside the computor and was rattling around inside. I called the extended warranty people and was told that they only hire monkeys to work in the store so bring it back to the store and explain very carefully that they are only to run a diagnostic on the new mother board and list any parts that need to be ordered. Then I was to bring the computor home and the warranty people would send someone out with the parts and fix it. At the store the fire dog person convinced that it was just a driver, erased my hard drive. That would be all my accounting and payroll info for my office and all my pictures music etc. It has been several more days, fire dog guy still is "working on it". I called Corporate and still no help. Next step small claims court I guess. To day is the one month anniversary of no computor. Last week I went to office depot and bought a laptop so I can communicate with the world. Last word was the store director was going to look into sending the computor back into hp. He doesn't have the authority to make any real decisions it would seem. If some of the rumors of microsoft looking into buying circuit city are true, the first thing they bettwer do if they buy it is fire everyone and start over.
