I will be brief (as brief as I can), as my problems with Cirro have been extensive, still to this day continue, and are more than I would want to type out again. You can always view the entire story at my blog (http://web-justice.blogspot.com). And trust, there are many things to see.

Cirro energy has online billing. When I moved from one apartment to another, I logged into my online billing and added my new address. There was an issue with their system, as was admitted by the rep at Cirro, and it did not take my information. For two months I looked for my bill online, only to find that the amount due was not updated. I finally called Cirro to find out what was going on (I reached out to them) and was told several stories. Finally, the 'manager' there told me that the website had failed to save my information (they had just changed their website, I think) and my info wasnt showing correctly. However, I was told that my account was already set for termination.

After a lengthy conversation (actually, several), I was told that there was no way to activate my previous account because they close all accounts after 5 days of termination. Now, evern though my power was still on at this time, they said my account had been disconnected and terminated a month prior. This meant I had to go through the application process. At first, they wanted additional deposits and activation fees, but I protested. The 'manager' said he would waive the fees, but I was now bound to a 12 month contract to them.

Scam

My electricity ended up getting shut off anyways. They failed to update the system, or contact the tech, or something. The story always changed. My power was shut off the night before thanksgiving. Cirro made no attempt to correct the situation, and instead kept saying that it was my fault in the first place for not paying the amount that their system FAILED to show (which again, he admitted, but still blamed me for).

Once my power was back on, I got a charge for the tech to come back out and turn it on. Cirro refused to hear this, as the 'manager' felt-and said-that I was just complaining.

Now, I am stuck in the 12 month contract (SCAM). My prices are set to increase (I will be changing providers asap) and I now get a termination letter every month. If I go past 10 days, I do not get a reminder, but a termination notice. Doubtful that this is the way all customers are handled, which makes me feel that they are now being vindictive. I have blasted my info on the internet for all to see. I have filed with the public utility commission and BBB multiple times. But alas, Cirro does not care.
