I ordered a Back Ground search from Back Ground Search 360, the report was for an individual entering a new home I have. I have been looking for a replacement service for the one I have been using due to their inability to get accurate reports. 

I entered the information on this person. I was told that the report was going to be sent to my email, I checked and rechecked and nothing came.

I sent many emails asking for the report, I got no reply from backgroundsearch360 or the company taking my money, that being CIS. 

After a week I got nothing back, no "we are looking into it or anything".

They stole my money and now I am going to have to cancel my credit card and stop any further illegal transactions. I am also filing a report with the attorney generals office and the state consumers affairs division. Following is the emails I have recieved from CIS

Incorrect URL Associated with Complaint

The complaint refers to ClickBank Background as the company they are filing a complaint against, yet they list tenantbackgroundsearch.com as one of the URL's.  TenantBackgroundSearch.com is not in anyway associated with Clickbank or the complaint being made.
