I was searching for a suitable online service to obtain my personal Criminal Background Check. I visited multiple sites to see what their reports contained as well as the price for the service. I looked at CIS Nationwide and opened the Sample Report which was detailed and laid out in an easy-to-read fashion. Their pricing was competitive but reasonable. I decided to order the report and used my debit card to complete the transaction. After entering the services requested, I clicked on the "complete your order" icon and I was directed to the homepage and had a credit on my account but still had to reselect the service and the pricing was higher than advertised. And the rip-off continued...I selected a comprehensive background check, asked to add more funds to the account for an additional service fee (which I did, because I did not want to forfeit the initial funds). Then the report did not show up, the homepage popped up. I had to go to my email and use an alternate link to the report. When I finally could see the report, there were two names on the report and two separate histories combined into one. I know this because one charge was indeed mine, the other charges were for someone with a different middle name. That makes two reports false AND incomplete!!!!!!!

Wasted money because I know there is more on my report, I just wanted to verify the possibility of warrants for unpaid trafic violations. I got absolutely no benefit from this "satisfaction guaranteed" service. I am VERY ticked off!!!! I have written an email to the company and got an automated "give us 48 hours" email response. Not good enough for me, so here I am. I hope this reporting system helps !!
