 I attemped to make A purchase at WalMart.com, After several attempts trying to use my card with money on it and receiving Emails that my card wasnt valid "Please Try Alternative Payment", and that my was never charged because the item wasnt shipped, I gave up and decided to drive down to Walmart. I purchased my items on the same card which went sucessfull first try. Then,

I tried using my card and it declined? I knew I had money on it so I called the 800 number on the back of my card. After decyphering the lady with broken english I realized they put a hold on my account for the Walmart.com purchase they declined several days ago, I explained to her how my card didnt work and Walmart sent me emails saying that it hadnt been charged she stubbornly explained it in fact had. So I contacted Walmart who had explained they didnt get authorization from CITI usually due to insufficient funds and that it had not ever been charged. So I called the 800 number on back again and asked for a supervisor, He said the charge is pending and I would have to wait at least 7 business days to receive a credit back. 

I explained to him how I wasnt going to wait 9 days days to receive my credit that was never charged in the first place, He said I have 2 options first have walmart fax them some legal documents (NEVER GONNA HAPPEN). Or 2 Wait 7 more days. I told him to close my account immediatly after discovering all the 50 cent atm fees from THEIR OWN atms, and the lousy at best customer service I received, He then told me I CANNOT close my account. I laughed at him and Demanded he close my account. He said my employer must call and cancel the account. I told him I will not be paying anymore absurd atm fees from their name brand atms he explained its in their terms of service i had agreed to and if I'd like I could cancel my card, I did exactly that!

THEN I received another paystatement showing Home Depot Depositing my check onto this CITI prepaid account so I went into my online account through my employer to discover my account had not been closed and was still active, So I closed it and had opted in to receive paper paychecks. I went to the atm to withdraw my money when It said contact card issuer. I had again called CITI and was told my card was reported lost and that I could pay a fee to have them re issue me a new card whick would be $15 to receive in 5 days or $7 to receive in 7+ days, I demanded They turn my card back on it is NOT lost or stolen Or At Least mail me a check with my Remaining account balance, They STILL have not mailed me a check or turned my card back on and I will absolutely NOT pay ANOTHER FEE to this crooked institution for any reason whatsoever! Any Ideas how I can get my money back with any other means will be greatly taken into consideration, THANK YOU!
