i thought government had put in place legislation that prevented banksyers from putting expiration dates on gift cards, but apparently Citibank is exploiting some lophole. i just found out that my visa rebate card had expired after only six months! It's ridiculous that government allows the banksters to cheat people in this way. Citibank has been using my rebate money to make money for all this time and then they just confiscated my money on Feb. 1st.
