Citibank talked down and lied Ripoff Chicago Illinois

On Oct 27th I had made phone calls using at&t using my debit card. The merchant waited 2 weeks to take the funds out of my account. The hold amount was $1 for each of the calls. When i looked at my account on Nov 12th the full charges were taken out of my account $4.35 for each of the 4 calls.

When I went into the branch at 104 s michigan ave. on nov 12th, I was humiliated by the people that worked there. Not only did they make me feel like a child but they made me basicly tell the whole bank what was going on with my account which is personal information.

I then called their customer service number to get help with this problem. they then told me that they would review the overage charges and because I was treated badly by my branch I would most likly recieve the money back.

I called again on Mon Nov 15th to find out what was going on because yet another charge of $30 was taken out of my account. The women that I spoke with put me on hold for several mins and got back to me to tell me that one of the charges would be reverised and one would not be. I asked her this specificly due to the fact that there was a check in the mail for $50. If this fee was not going to be covered i would have put in $30 in to the account to cover the check.

We then filled a complaint againt the branch at 104 s michigan ave. due to the whorable treatment. When I called today Nov 17th to find why the $30 was not returned the women that I spoke with Sandra #5601240 told me that the person I spoke with did not have the authority to tell me that the money would not be reverised. She then told me she can't do anything and I need to go back to the branch where I was humilated. I will never go back to that branch. So far from this I have received 60$ in overage fees and will be recieveing at least 90$ more.
