Citigroup, Citimortgage overt discrimination unfair labor pratices abused & mistreated ripoff Farmington Hills Michigan

as an ex-employee of citigroup i feel that i was discriminated against for job promotions. I feel that their labor practices are unfair by using your contracted allowed amount or less of your sick time used in giving you raises or promotions. It's in your contract the amount of sick time that you have per year, however when you use your sick time you are harrassed, repremanated, and sometimes dismissed. And now they are bring in people from India and sending our mortgages out of the country to be processed. For the "america dream of home ownership" I guess this is a s****.> unemployed.
