CititMorgtgage, Inc FORCE US TO PURCHASE MORE FLOOD INSURANCE THAN WE NEEDED!!! Springfield, Ohio

We have flood insurance on our property, We had more than enough to cover our loan. We will never ever receive a penny of the money we have put out for this insurance. The water has never been no higher than three feet in the basement of our home, also FEMA did not report any losses for our property what so ever, and CitiMorgtgage know this. Our insurance agency even call them to see why they was doing this, and could not get a reasonable answer, they were upset with them also.  Thing like this is why some people have a hard time making their morgtgage payments, when they are force  to put out extra money for insurance that is not needed. They have force us to get almost double what we already have, which will cost over $450 more. which we will never ever use.  Our govement needs to put a stop to this, know one should have to purchase anymore insurance then they need.
