They send out fax blast saying they have clients who are in the process of purchasing a home or is pre-approved to buy home and to call us. Well they don't have that. They buy leads from someone which is just a name, phone number and maybe a email address. No one will know who you are or is in need of your service. They sell leads that are not worth a wooden nickel. You can go through your yellow pages for what they are giving you. You as an Insurance Agent or Realtor know you are not surpose to pay for referals. But the sales agent made it sound soooo good you just have to have it. Then you don't read the fine print saying you will be electronically charge the same day right out of your bank account, there is no refund and you will be charged monthly if you do not cancel within 10 days prior to the next billing. They use to take credit cards but had to many charge backs and switch to the bank account because of easy access and no charge back unless you stop payment within 3-5 buisness days. Then they got cha!!! They will be changing names again soon and those who have purchased prior will not be able to contact them again. Some of the name prior are Money Tree, Nationwide Finances and Citiwide Lending Group. Who will they be next? If you are local go to the office and get your money back. What a surpise they will have.
