Definitely NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORD. Ordered complete living room furniture for our vacation rental. The coffee table was back ordered but we were given assurance that it would be delivered on December 21st. Had that not been the case, we would not have placed the order since we were headed back up north on December 23rd until April. With the first delivery, we were told in the morning that it would arrive between 1:00 and 3:00. It showed up at 4:30..an hour and a half late... only to find one of the chairs was not on the order. The next day, the chair was delivered ... they said delivery would be between 1:00 and 4:00. They showed up at 5:30.... once again an hour and a half late. Today we were to get delivery of our sofa table... WE had to call them only to find out we would NOT BE GETTING IT UNTIL FEBRUARY! Since we won't be here again until April, we tried to cancel! Guess what... YOU CAN'T.... Store Credit ONLY. So we wound up rescheduling the delivery for April. Any wagers on whether it be delivered? They actually have a table available...the one in the show room! They said they can't give us that one, because they need it to sell TABLES THAT ARN'T EVEN AVAILBLE UNTIL AFTER FEBRUARY. They told me the February tables are already all accounted for including mine. Oh, BTW...good luck calling Customer Service. Left my phone number three times and didn't receive a call back for seven hours. Good luck if you buy from them. Hope your experience is better than mine. NOY VERY REPUTABLE. Understaffed and only interested in making a buck. VERY DISAPPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Either they are severally understaffed or just don't give a rip.
