City Lights Limo Limousine ride from H**L for my mothers 82nd Birthday to see the Xmas Lights Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I made special arrangements to take my 82 year old mother on a limo ride through Hartwood Acres to see the Christmas Lights with 10 of her favorite people. Upon arrival of the limo the driver was dressed sloppily, the floor was soaking wet,the only beverages visible were a few beers and soda. Upon asking the driver with the open privacy window where the mixed drinks were he stated there was beer and handed some through the window. I asked where were the mixed drinks and only then did he also pass through the window a decanter of whiskey and stated there was also vodka...which there was not. We asked him to close the privacy window and he did, but we got cold so asked him to turn up the heat....he then said the heat was broken and that was why the privacy window was open. It was about 20 degrees outside, the windows were all fogged up and we were freezing the whole trip. The driver drove so badly that we all were whipping around the car as if we were on "The Wild Mouse" an amusement ride. By time we got to the area to view the lights the driver passed us a WET towel so that we can wipe the fogged up windows in order to see the lights...which we could not see!!! The entire trip was a waste of money and my moms special day, I tried to do something special for a special lady who never had anything luxurious in life and all she got was a nightmare. The company employee whom I called afterwards was a really rude man and did not care how our trip went. I told him that he could at least be apologetic and that we will see him in court...he told me that the heater wasn't broken and thats funny because the driver told me it was broken. This was one of my worst experiences of my life I love my mom and wanted something extra special and all I got was ripped off. The man did not offer my money back so I filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be visiting the local magistrate. STAY AWAY FROM CITY LIGHTS LIMO................................................
