You won't believe what we have uncovered. Dr. Robert Lamb behaving badly!

When Lamb was emailed information about City of Austin Public Works employee Christopher Newton ordering one of his engineers to violate the Texas Engineers Practices Act by not reviewing structural engineering aspects of plans, Bob Lamb did absolutely nothing. Andrea Henry, P.E., managed to convince Mr. Newton that the structures were in a private easement. The City of Austin Floodmaps show otherwise. Mr. Newton decided not to review the stream bank walls in flood-prone Shoal Creek. When Dr. Bob Lamb was presented with this evidence, he did absolutely nothing about it. After all, it is Dr. Robert Lamb who
wrote the City of Austin Transportation Criteria Manual Chapter 11 to address walls that had either failed or cost the city plenty of money to repair. Lambert the sheepish engineer would rather kiss his big boss's butt than to do the ethical action. So typical savage life-forms cannot even obey their own rules! Right, Robert Lamb?  After all, Robert Lamb has proven he's willing to do anything for cash!

Even several of the Austin Water Utility projects have major issues. Recall the moving corbels on 2nd Street, Dr. Robert Lamb? The engineer of record didn't do his job.  Instead of checking it before it was released for construction, Dr. Robert Lamb allowed the defective structure to be built. Thanks to Dr. Robert Lamb, the west side of Austin may lose a key water supply that feeds them.

It makes the Austin taxpayers wonder whether they are getting what they paid for. After all, Dr. Robert Lamb works for a municipality that participates in unlawful incarceration of protesting citizens, unlawful incarceration of their employees for requesting past pay stubs for their life-saving medications, retaliation against employees for reporting violations of the Texas Engineers Practices Act, shooting the dogs of innocent pet owners, blacklisting of their former employees, unlawful theft of personal property, economic waste of taxpayer money on municipal projects, and even stealing artwork from 3 year old little Hispanic girls!

Remember, at the City of Austin, they didn't invent blacklisting and fraud, waster & abuse, they just perpetrate it. Tell Dr. Robert Lamb he needs to retire now. After all, construction attorneys will love knowing the fact the Dr. Robert Lamb did nothing against waste, fraud, and abuse that was emailed to him.
