City Of Edmond Utilities Fraudulent late fee's assessed Edmond Oklahoma

City of Edmond Utility Billing Fraud

The City of Edmond over the last year has placed fraudulent late charges against my utility bill and is now attempting to coerce me to pay a penalty deposit of $100 and has assessed additional late fees.
If I do not bow to their fraudulent billing they will cut off my electricity and water on December 17th.

I have provided official bank documentation of my checks being cashed on time but I am being credited up to eleven days after they have cashed my check and withdrawn the money from my account.

Despite two weeks of discussion they continue to not to deny their error and ignore the official documentation of my bank and my branch manager showing on time payment.
