The Philadelphia Police Internal Affairs Division and Homicide Division which include high level ranking members were aware of an actively engaged in Criminal Conduct. Exactly the same conduct that the FBI and Police pursue known as "Organized Crime" illegal gambling. This was discovered by me and a local writer Noel Weyrich who accompanied me on "trash runs". This is the same technique that the Police or FBI do when they are investiagting anyone. They take you trash away which is considered abandoned and "process it" or examine it for criminal activity. Well I did it to them and found about 39 pages of evidence including names and well here is the youtube video and links to the Property Reciept that I submitted the evidence to who? LOL! Ha ha Ha Back to the Philadelphia Police Internal Affairs. SO what did they ever do with it? NO ONE KNOWS even though I was told I would be able to review the investigation once completed. They never allowed me or anyone I know of News Tv etc to see what IF anything was done. But if it was the guys in South Philly Fox News would be doing multiple reports follow ups etc. Here is another thing I ses on the current Phila, District Attorneys website TODAY 9-3-2012.
District Attorney's Gaming Task Force Receives GrantThe Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board presents District Attorney Seth Williams with a check for 150 thousand dollars to investigate and prosecute illegal gambling activity in Philadelphia. The money is from the Boards Local Law Enforcement Grant and will be used for the salaries of members of the District Attorneys Gaming Control Task Force.
So Fox News why did you NOT ever do a follow up story AND why is this "CLAIMED" investigation that now years later has not been released to the PUBLIC? What investigation was done what actions IF ANY were taken.

Feel free to look at all the videos and please make sure you see the attached imageshack files.
Just think you can be like the Police who are just like Organized Crime and set up your own illegal gambling and get a piece of the action too. funny thing is that FOX News has "Fantasy Football on their websire BUT has FREE written on it". That is NOT illegal because they are not being PAID MONEY to "handle the action". Being paid for "Waives or Changes" and handling the action is illegal. So if one ex-cop knows this don't you think Internal Affairs Captains Inspectors Lt. Sergeants knew this too? Remember they investiagte cops involved in illegal gambling also and minor infractions while they are doing exactly thye same as "Organized Crime". MAKE THE COMPLETE INVESTIGATION PUBLIC.
