When a representative from CityGrid Media first contacted me in July of 2012, an individual by the name of Michael Shuller helped me create a web account where he claimed (web) traffic will be generated from consumers interested in my services. He also guaranteed I will not be billed unless a certain amount of traffic was generated to my website. Within the first few weeks of that initial phone call, I was billed $700 for CityGrid's services. I immediately asked for them to cancel my account after I paid off the $700 yet they would not acknowledge my request.

In the following month, I was billed another $850! I sent emails to CityGrid to show them that I requested services to be canceled from the month prior, yet they ignored it. They then proceeded to send my information to a collections agency. The collections agency is currently harassing me with phone calls and letters even after I sent them a letter stating my rights and to stop communication with me. (I sent a letter to stop communication with me to the collection agency within 5 days of the collections agency's initial letter to me.)

Additionally, I have requested several times from CityGrid to prove that they have generated traffic to my website to justify a billing of $1,550.00, yet the requests have gone ignored. For example, when you go shopping at a grocery store, you receive a receipt detailing every item purchased. CityGrid cannot provide the same. When I ask every new customer that calls or emails me about my company and services, I always ask how they came to my website or how they heard of my services and CityGrid has never been the result of how customers have heard about my company. 

CityGrid Media is an immoral and corrupt company that misrepresents their services. In addition, they will inappropriately bill and charge for services that they cannot provide proof for. I know there are thousands of individuals out there who are being ripped off by CityGrid so lets please get together and start a class action lawsuit against them!
