I was emailed from John Rhodes of Citywide cutomers/golden media exchange. He said he could help me dominate my market. I am a local mortgage loan officer and he could market my buisness via internet and I would receive 1-3 phone calls a day from prospective peole looking to purchase/refinance. He even provided sample landing pages he did for Bank of America. He said that once we agreed and signed the contract he could get me up and running in as early as 48 hours. I signed the invoice on Dec9th and sent the check. He cashed it on Dec 11. Last I spoke with him was on Dec 30 and he said he was busy and would get back to me after the new year. I have not heard from him since then. I have called at least 25x and emailed him numerous times with no response. I feel that I have been ripped off!

The truth

AUTHOR: Tommy - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, January 14, 2015

Funny, John Rhodes called me today (If that is his name). I know his scam for I have a friend who shared the same emails he sent  over a year ago and he received no response from him as well. They cash your check and do nothing!!!!!!! He called and  threatened me today after my post. He said he will do 4X worse damage on the internet and said he would refund my money if I removed my post. I told him that he did not scare me.   He called this site a "bunch of extorsionists," yet he posted. He told me his father passed away and that is why he never delivered on what he promised.  He seems to forget that he cashed my check over 33 days ago and his lack of response or professional courtesy reveal only that he is full of crap. I spoke with Jennifer Perkins, his co-worker on Jan 5th (if that is her name) and she mentioned nothing of his father's passing and only stated that he was so busy working but he would call me the next day. I called 25X and emailed many times with no response since Jan 5th. I spoke to another loan officer and he described the exact email I received and said it is a scam. He then said the company name and persons name was different! He said let it go but I will not. I will find every resource possible to find this man and put him behind bars!  Yes John, wrong guy!!!!!

The person that posted this is completely dishonest and misleading.

The person that posted this is completely dishonest and misleading.

Fist-off we as a company have not serviced any client named Tommy since 2012.

In 2012 we had two Tommy’s one was Insurance Broker that retired fin 2013. The other Tommy was a LO that worked for a mortgage banker that was with our company for more then 5 years. This bank we bought out by a large banker that would not allow any outside marketing for leads.

Secondly reviewing the information that was posted it seems that this person is not telling and is being very misleading.    The name this person is using is fake. The location the he states he is from is fake. And what he did not tell you is that he has been talking and working with Marketing designers, CSR reps, Our printers, and has logged over 18.5 hours of customer service time in just the first week.   This person is not being honest about anything and attempted to use this posting to have us give him 500 more postal direct marketing advertisements then he paid.   WE have over 14 years and then we get this complaint???   It not possible
