Ive paid 743 dollars to the gass company 343 in jan anouther 414 in feb they shut if off with out notifing me by knocking as there suppose to. immediately call them and and pay all fees and ask sence i have kids if they can come turn back on no they said i must wait until nect day. im shock its 30 % outside i have a 2year i ask for a manager im told one must call me back 4 hours he finally calls after they had said itd be only 2 the manager doesnt seem to care ive spent 700 to pay and doesnt seem to care .its 30% i have kids i simply juat forgot to pay but they didnt knock or send a curtosy you forgot to pay just flat says sorry cant help you so rude

And do you know me sir no ive paid i pay ever month thank you but because there the only gas company they do as they please i have my receits of payment each month thank this is about consumer service not anything more they did not do THERE job i have witness.

YOU ran up a huge bill and it was YOU who failed to pay. You didn't just "forget". YOU flat out refused to pay YOUR bill. If YOU were so concerned about your kids, you would have paid your bills on time.
