I wish I could give u details of my experiences at CDG, but I still am working for them because the lack of other jobs in the area, so I think it would be unwise.

The things Id feel safe telling u (bcuz ppl have reported the hot line not being private so now I dont trust this not to be investigated by them) is that at my office's the most obvious dysfunctional activity is favoritism. Top callers come into work drunk and high and r not reprimanded as long as they do well. In the eyes of the managers and regional, the opinion is if they call the best that way and still meet mins then its accepted. They even talk about it behind the Tsr's back telling eachother how messed up they look and what drugs the Tsr does, but also how good the Tsr is, as if it makes the action ok. Its craziness.

At my office when I first started there were not many women. Then all of a sudden woman callers really started to increase. Around this time I got a promotion that I was hinted to getting by my Regional. About a week befor this he had called me "Sweetheart" while I was talking to him about some paper work. I jokingly said that that was sexual harrasment. He said that it wasnt, and then went on and defined sexual harassment as basicly trading favors for a promotion or a pay raise, just doing things for one another that the comapny wouldn't aprove of. He didnt go into detail what the favors where but the intent was clear. And then I got my promotion. I didnt do anything for it but I think it was too close in time to be a coincidence.

Then there is this female Tsr that started working there, lets call her Emily. The regional has developed a liking to her that is compleatly unprofessional. He drives her to and from work leaving the office when he shouldnt (still on the clock) doing only God knows what. He plays cards w her in her cubical in front of the other Tsrs while she is on the phones, and its only her he does this w. I think itd b different if he did it w every1 then It wouldnt b favoritism; just unprofessional for distracting ppl from their work. But anyway him and Emily go galavanting off and she is often late or leaves early but never gets a DA because he watches out for her and every1 knows they r together.

There are serious cases of verbal sexual harassmant that I have been the target of (the offer of bonuses for sex w a witnes in the room who found no moral or professional problem w the perposal), but I dont feel safe telling the details because the risk of getting fired if by some chance they do pin piont who I am. Believe me the scandel it would bring would be huge. Im stuck between unemployment, fast food, or dealing w the things in my office. For now I walk into work feeling as if I made a deal w the Devil.

I have not succumbed to the pressure that is put on me (and never will the pigs) and they are f*****g w the wrong woman if they ever try to threaten my job to get thier nasty perverted desires. That is not a treat to the company. It is a promise I will excersise my legal rights agenst them. If that does not occur, and nothing similar happens Im not sure how I will handel it when I leave. Either Ill be just wanting to leave and report it (when I leave I will def fill in the details on here so ppl can know the full story) to the hotline so I can move on, or I will sue for harasment because I know its wronge for females to experience these things in the work place, and its not fair that I should have to be put under that kind of pressure.Its manipulative and grose. Im just not sure if I want to be marked by it.
