Delta Supplies Inc. Delta cleaning supplies will really clean you out Fort Lauredale, Florida

On 1/26/2011 my assistant plant supervisor recieved a call from Natalie Pullins who stated she was a rep from Delta Supplies Inc. and wanted to know if we use any type of cleaning agents in our line of work in which Mr. Motisi replied yes, she then proceded to ask if he would be interested in a free sample of there liquid cleaner along with a complimentary swiss army knife, in which he said yes, adress information was provided and phone call terminated. Aprox. 1 week later 10 gallons of there product showed up wit an invoice of 58.95 per gallon, I had to track down their phone number off the internet when I could not find it on the packing slip or the package itself.     I called the company and got hold of Jackie ( would not provide last name) but found it odd that she was already to do verbal battle and seemed to have all the answers before I even asked the questions, when I informed her about our company policy of having a signed purchase order and our own PO# she was a fast draw with the "it was a verbal contract and he approved it" at that point she became so combative I knew this was a scam, I then asked to speak to her supervisor in which i was told I would be gotten a hold of the next day and hung up on.    The next morning no call so I decided to call them and got a gentlemen by the name of Elliot Cohen who from the get go insisted that my supervisor was lying and he did in fact order the cleaner and he would not hear anything else to the point his voice became so loud it was no use engaging him any further and he then hung up on me so I called back again and Mr. Cohen answered and this time started the conversation by "what did you just call me" in which I replied "What are you talking about" I was not quite prepared for what was next, he then said to me "did you call me a Jew" in which I replied no sir I did not, he then went on a verbal rant yelling into the phone again and again using racial tones, when he saw I was not biting and keeping my composure he then hung up again.  What I belive this company does is call medium sized companies and ask to send free samples, when you agree and give them your adress they send out large quantities of this product, which by the way they do not even manfacture, after studing the box we discovered it was dropped shipped from Richardson Chemical Co. 78555 N. Faulkner Rd. Milwaukee WI. 53224. If someone calls you from Delta Supplies my advise to you is hang up instantly or you will be the reciepiant of large quantities of product you never ordered and can nbot send back.
