I worked for this woman for one month and I was never able to collect any of the money she owes me for driving her truck 8,400 miles. After the first trip, she gave me a bad check. When I asked her to pay me, she would tell me she would pay me but not now because she was having financial difficulties. I finally gave up trying to collect that money.

The trucking company she was working for when I worked for her also had problems with her as she quit working for them but continued to use their permits; this allowed her to work as an independent contractor and charge more money for the work her truck did. She made a lot of money with those permits and still didn't pay me.

Someone who works at the shop where she had repairs done to her truck told me she had filed bankruptcy not long ago and also stated I was about the 7th driver she had ripped off.
