 Bought a female german puppy, Eva 3 months old from Clarity Shepards in Minnesota, owner Garresin Emerson, for $380 + $40 for her health travel certificate with shot information+$160 air transfer fee from Clarity Shepards. He had Cargo Expert Delivery take possession of her to transfer the quickest route to my closest airport, Jack Brooks Reginal in Beaumont, Texas. The shipping company contacted me and said a special cargo crate was needed that would cost a $920 deposit to include insurance. I contacted Garresin again and said no mention of additional fee was mentioned for this crate, only that she would be on the same air supply as the pilots. All I had was $420 and said he would pay the extra $500 and I would reimburse him when the reimbursement of $900 was given to me at delivery. She was to ship on Wednesday June 28, then there was an undisclosed problem and Garresin Emerson asked if Thursday June 29 was acceptable. I ok this.

I received from Cargo Expert Delivery she would be delivered at Jack Brooks Airport for me to pick up at 4:30pm on Thursday. The lady at American Airlines said they do not have a 4:30 flight but one at 5:39 pm from Dallas. I contacted Garresin again and two hours later he said my puppy was in transit but there was a problem. She was in Oklahoma. I texted many time to find out what type of problem. And why Oklahoma? With no reply. The shipping company contacted me that she did not have a rabies vaccination or microchipped needed to be transported. My reply was she should have never been accepted for any flight if this was the case. So then they requested $1,000 to correct this. I contacted Garresin and told him I did not have the money that I lived on Social Security and he said if I could come up with $300 he would borrow $700 from his sister. Which I took $300 from my Discover card. Every payment was made Walmart to Walmart or Money Gram made to Garresin Emerson.

Then today I get an email from the cargo company and said she was ready to ship but I needed to pay for three days of her care. Garrison said on her shipping crate was two weeks of food. I refused to pay and told Garresin he needed to correct this problem because it was not my fault and I had no more money to live on for a full month. He said contact the shipper which now their web site is no longer there and I called again asking for a supervisor. I have had no return call. I have contacted the police in Maple Grove, Minnesota. They have referred me to file a complaint with my local police here in Kirbyville and the would contact Maple Grove. Each money request from the cargo company was to be sent to Garresin Emerson.
