This guy has been arrested in Florida and is now in New Jersey under a different name.  His rap sheet from Florida was under the name of Clark Demetro, (also attached) but in New Jersey he goes by Clark N. Signo, aka Clark & Sons Construction.

Clark & Son Construction performed quality work for Lynn Solomon. Her address is (((REDACTED))), this way everyone can see the work that was completed at her house. Mrs. Solomon changed the contract and added additional work however, refused to pay an additional fee. From a $2,500 fee she requested the fee to be $1,800. The contract was settled for $1,800 then she ordered more work to be completed without wanting to pay anything over $1,800. In our contract it stated if any additional work is requested, the original contract will be void and a new contract will be created. I explained this to her that the original contract would be void and we would draw up a new contract. She screamed and threw a fit and said she would not allow us to write up a new contract. She did not want a new contract; she ordered that the original work along with the additional services be completed at the original contract price of $1,800.  She went to Lowe's and purchased pillars, which modified the design from posts to pillars and we had to perform additional labor to accomodate her purchase. She deducted the cost of these pillars from my pay. She then added additional services: labor and material. She ordered we purchase extra 2 x 4's for us to hang a chandelier. She took it upon herself to manually write revisions on the contract and was threatening me that she will cease work and hire a new contractor. At that point, I stopped work. Mrs. Solomon is claiming we used cheap materials; all materials were purchased at home depot. We have photo documentation of the construction that we performed at her home.
