CLARO Shut off service twice after not crediting payment GUAYNABO Puerto Rico

Claro is the biggest Rip Off in Puerto Rico.  No one in their office has a clue.  We made our payments IN THEIR office by credit card.  The following month, they shut off our service for failure to pay, even though it was made in their office.

This happened TWO months in a row.  Both times we had to go into their office with copies of THEIR receipts in order to get the internet turned back on.

We signed up in the Sams Club in Caguas and they offered us a large discount to switch over to them.  When the first bill arrived, it was $20 more then what was in the contract.  Same with the second month.

Don't do business with Claro Internet services.
