Class 1 Collision CLASS 1 IS NOTHING BUT A CLASS 1 RIPOFF-DAMAGED MY ENGINE FOR MORE INSURANCE MONEY. THIS REPAIR CENTER WAS SUPPOSE TO BE PROVIDING WITH AN ESTIMATE ONLY, THEY CONTACTED THE INSURANCE COMPANY ---DIRECT-RIP OFF INSURANCE AND THEN BOTH PARTIES WITHOUT MY CONSENT MADE DEALS MEMPHIS Tennessee

My car was wrecked on June 13, 2008. After 3 weeks of back and forth telephone calls with Direct RIP OFF INSURANCE they finally agreed to repair my car. I was told that they would have an adjuster out and that I could get my own estimate for repair as well so I had my husband to contact A1 Collision. He thought he called them but when I got the estimate it said Class1 Collision. I spoke with their representative Marsha and advised her that I was getting another estimate from the insurance company but they were waiting on a police report she stated no problem I will send you a police report to send to them no charge. I never heard anything back from her so after 3 days had passed I had my husband to contact Class1 to see if she was sending me the police report and was told by I guess the OWNER that Direct had ccome out and did another estimate and they have started the repairs. My husband contacted me and I called Direct to see what was going on and they stated they had sent them a check and another to me for the remainder. I trusted that my insurance company would make sure that my car was repaired correctly since they authorized the repairs, I have no contract written or other wise with Class1, never had heard of them before now. I get a call last week that my car won't start but the body work is done. I am really upset now and once again the calls between Direct, myself and Class 1 begans. I finally get Direct to call me back and was told by Terry who handle my case that the damage didn't come from the wreck I need to talk to Class1 that Direct is out of it. I am really pissed by now. So my husband and I contact Class 1 and the Owner, well a man that claimed he was the owner tells us that my body repair is done, but my car is smoking and knocking becaused it needs heads. I am really boiling at this point. I told him when my car came to the shop it wasn't smoking nor knocking and has never ran hot and he hung up in my face. I sent him a fax stating that I was very disatisfied and that Marsha, Martha whom ever she was told me that no repairs would be done without my consent because we never discussed if I was going to pay cash or use my insurance, but she said they would waive my deductable if I used the insurance but again no one contacted me before repairs were started to get my approval. My husband contacted him again and he told my husband to go F off, and F him, his wife, the insurance company and my car. No one is returning our calls, the insurance company nor Class 1 and my car is sitting at their place of business, messed up engine, no one is taking the blame and I can't get it. I am irrate.
