Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
These people are nothing but crooks and should be investigated by the FBI or someone. I had an account with them in 2004, so they had my credit card info on file. Today I looked at my Discover statement and noticed a charge for $69.99 which seems to be the amount everyone else is being ripped off. I emailed them and also called their customer service dept. Surprise, surprise!!!! no one has returned my email or phone message. I have turned this over to Discover's fraud section. Seems like they are trying to screw all of their old customers out of $69.99.

My Bank is investigating this Company. After 5 emails to CC, they issued a $69.99
refund.
