Classic Closeouts ripoff will not refund on return from 9/12/05 Hewett New York

I placed an order on 8/23/05 of six items. I had to return 2 of the items and went through the proper procedures getting a RAC number. I traced the package through UPS and it was received from them on 12/12/05 at 10:47 am. I emailed them on 10/11/05, 10/17/05, 10/21/05. I received an email message that they would issue the refund as soon as the return was processed.

I have emailed them 2 or three more times (the last one on 1/4/06 and again was informed they were waiting for return to be processed.
