I was duped into signing up for a special $3.95 Gold membership only to find out that at a later date they automatically charged my credit card $39 for access to their site. Not only do they not answer emails or phone calls at 425-917-5000 now i can't even sign in to my account. Don't fall for this scam. This company also has several Federal lawsuits against them. If you have been ripped off by them then try to contact them at the following address and phone number:
