I saw a Claude Johnson Guitar Control add in Feb 2017. He offers a DVD course in Guitar for a couple hundred dollars and give a complete satisfaction Guarantee. I think it is His satisfaction he is talking about. During the checkout the website kept attempting to sign me up for an additional monthly course Guitar God or some such title. Twice I had to go back and delete this signup. Im a busy man and didn't even remember buying the  DVD Course, which BTW never came! I didn't even know I was being billed for a monthly course until I was in Canada on businees in August and was having trouble with my credit card. When they were reviewing transactions with me, a debit for Guitar Control came up an I then I realized that I had been had. My secretary must have thought that the monthly bills for Guitar God were legit. Anyway I called the number the Credit Card people gave them and finally got someone, who apologized and said I would get a full refund for the undelived DVD course and the monthly billings. I was told ihat it would have to come in a check and I would get it in about two weeks. Three weeks later No CHeck!  I called again and got Angela. She told be thatthte money coud be refunded via pay pal and she would email me the details. When I didnt get the email I called again and again and got noone. SO I submitted a ticket on their website guitarcontrol.com requesting that they return my $300+ dollars.. No response! That was over two weeks ago. No refund in my pay pal account and no check. Not satisfied at all!  These people don't appear to be honest. I hope that someone like me , who is gullible enough, like me, to trust Claude with his money will read this first and think twice. If this is a ligitimate business its not an honorable one. Watch Out!  Keep your money or they will. Who knows, maybe this guy doesn't play the guitar either?
