Clayton County Chief Of Police, Jeffrey E Turner Aka Jeff Turner, Last Chance Thrift Store Aka Vicki abuse of authority, evil, corrupt, dangerous, big liar, abusive, suit, coverup, falsified report, bad person, dislikes handicap, chief of police, Clayton County, Jewel Scott, buddy system, unfair, modern day slavery Jonesboro Georgia

Clayton County's Chief of Police, Jeffrey Turner, illegal actions led to my doing time (did the time, but did not do a crime) and missing my mom's funeral. He falsely arrested me, Leora (physically and mentally disabled) and my daughter Eva Sandidge after she asked is all this necessary?

Turner slammed Eva's 123 pound body to concrete like a rag doll, flipping her, putting his foot in her back, pulling up on her arms causing her months of problems caring my first grandchild born emergency C-Section, and back, shoulder / shoulders problems and more to this year 2007 day.

He told my baby girl (8 years old then and autistic) he was going to give her to State. She saw every thing. He was Captain of Police May 2,2005 when he arrested me Leora Sandidge when he heard me tell Eva, my daughter I was calling corporate office. His action have been covered by Vickie Pruitt over Last Chance Thrift Store who I aked to check surveillance and did not , T. Robinson of Internal affairs (sapenaed to court but did not stay) Turner did not come to court October 18,2005 and he was the one claiming he was the victim.

On May 2, 2005, Last Chance Thrift Store was open for the sale of items to the public. It was half price Monday, Captain Jeff Turner (at time) was employed by Last Chance Thrift Store as security on the premises

At approximately 8:00 pm on that date, we were lawfully in Last Chance Thrift Store in line waiting to pay the cashier who asked us to get in his line and tell everyone he was closed after us. After 20 minutes in line and manager looking at me (Leora) before she went to back office around 8:00 pm, Eva was directed by the store manager to move to a longer line at 8:20 pm. When I, Leora said to oldest daughter "d**n, I was calling corporate office" Captain Turner ordered me to leave the store and kept yelling at me, grabbing me as I sought to retrieve my purse and four prong cane from the shopping cart full of computer parts, monitor, keyboard, and many other items.

Turner while grabbing my wrist and pushing hard on them yelled at me "When I say leave you leave everything, leave, leave , leave, !!! back to back. Then he said I was under arrest.

1 st I only wanted to report what manager did was unfair after 20 minute wait at cashier's request.

2nd I was only trying to get my purse and cane.

We the Sandidges asked for help from a list of top office people to check surveillance tape in Last Chance Thrift Store May 2nd 2005, everyone passing the buck or covering his actions. Not one person asked to see surveillance tape that could have cleared my daughter and I of any wrong doing and that Turner was out of line.

We went to Clayton County Internal Affairs (part of that buddy system)
Governor Sonny Purdue (cared but passed the buck)
P.O.S.T. (part of that buddy system)
Claton County Attorney General Jewel Scott's Office (part of that buddy system) We was told to call G.B.I. and F.B.I. by Gary Kelly
Called G.B.I, (did not care)
Called F.B.I. (did not care)

I, Leora is and was the last living of five and did not get to be with my dying mother or go to her funeral. October 3rd the day of my mom funeral I was at court house getting subpoenas for Captain T. Robinson (I.A.), Vickie Pruitt over Last Chance Thrift Store etc, for court October 18 to clear our names.

So many lies was told by Turner on my daughter and I that we both cry to this date. We can proof on most of the lies, but we fear for our saftey because so many people including Judge Morris E Brasswell (gave me Leora a Year Probation and 32 hour Community Service for the words d**n and Hell No, which Appeals Court over turned Braswell verdict April 21, 2006, Clayton County Internal Affairs (never met with us face to face about our written complaints on Jeffrey Turner) covered for him.

Pictures of Eva's injuries and torn jacket that shows how much force that was used on Eva at http://ultra-great-gifts.com/default.aspx?p=119154 . Internal Afairs would not come to thier front desk to see jacket or injuries on Eva or my finger (yes, finger from being wrongfully grabbed then scratched) us after being told to come there (Police Office) after 2:00 pm and Captain T. Robinson of I.A. would meet with us.

We can prove a lot of the lies and we still have the jacket and more so we do not feel safe here in Georgia. Turners attorney asked where is the evidence and who has it?

This does not make us (the Sandidges) feel safe.
