CLAYTON HOMES RIPOFF BIGGEST LACK OF COMMUNICATION LIARS SANFORD North Carolina

On Feb. 1st we decided to buy a home from Derrick at Clayton homes of Sanford N.C. On this day we set up for us to sign the paperwork on Feb 21st, but the next day he pushed to sign the paperwork as soon as possible. Called us both at work several times a day.. over and over. So we decided to meet on a friday to sign. That Monday they showed up with the home. All fine and dandy... well we find out from the Chathum County, they brought the home into the county without ANY permits. They were suppose to get permits 7 days in advance. Ok today, March 8th we have got everything done, septic, eletric, water, etc. We call the county to get the marrage wall inspected, they say that it was suppose to be inspected the DAY it was delivered.. 2 months agao. And that Clayton homes knows that. Now the home has been sitting there for 2 months with no siding on the ends.

The dry wall needs to be finished, carpet finished, the fixture in the bathroom fell when moving it, and broke the sink. and they have yet to even attempt to finish this house. We are also still wating on the delivery of our appliances. Last night April 7 2005 we tryed to call them several times all we get is an anwsering machine. Called today still no anwser. What can I do?
