CLC Consumer Services Co. Don't Pay On Your Account Early! Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

I have a account with CLC Consumer Services Co. I have paid my bill on time every month. This month when I was paying bills online as always and paid on my CLC account early. It turned out to be a big mistake. CLC said because I made my payment early that I still owe for this month.

I called them on Monday and was told it would be fixed and to call back on Friday. So I call back Friday and was told there was nothing they could and that I needed to make another payment by Saturday or there would be a late charge put on my account. The man I talked to had the attitude that it was my problem. Too bad.

I just want to say be carefull and don't pay your bills early.
