I never write reviews but I felt that future customers need to know. I called the company for a bid. They did not show up to the first appointment, but they did call and reschedule. Then on the second appointment Todd Sandberg was 45 minutes late. He did not call but at least he showed up. Ten minutes into the meeting he got a call from a very upset customer who Todd had to spend 15 minutes calming down. This was my second warning not to do business with this company (the first was not showing up for the first appointment). Anyway, we walked the job and he emailed a bid about 5 days later. The total cost was $9,800. I felt the price was fair and asked them to put me on the schedule. Long story short ,4 months later and after blowing me off on multiple installation dates (that they set), I gave up. They just won’t show up and do the work. The last time they did not show up I called Todd who said he was on vacation. I got no explanation, just a text telling me they were sorry. A week later I called wondering that in the heck was going on. Todd informed me that two employees just quit and he could not do the work. I highly recommend finding some other company; the frustration and let down trying to deal with this poorly management company simply is not worth it. 4 months I've been waiting!
