Clear Choice Credit Solutions ripoff dishonest deceiving fraudulent billing, lied, promised after I threatened to report them St. George Utah

Clear Choice Credit Solutions offered me a $5000 limit credit card in late May. All I had to pay was a one time fee of $239.95 then later $500.00 would be deposited into my account.

The money was drafted from my account on the 13th of June. A representative told me that I would receive a package with my credit card and a few other stuff in 10 to 14 business days. Several weeks had passed and I did not receive anything.

I called and complained and asked if I could just cancel my service with them and get a refund instead but they said that I have to wait till after I receive the package in order to cancel my service.

On July 11th I called and spoke to a rep. and he told me that the package was sent out to me the day before that I would definetely receive my card on the 24th of July. Again nothing.

On the 1st of August I spoke to a lady named Marquee, I told her that I was tired of waiting for the d**n credit card and that I was going to file a complaint if I didn't get a refund. She then apologized for the inconvenience and told me to fax some proof of my bank statement and that I would receive my refund the following week. Again nothing.

Please help me, I already filed a complaint to BBS on the 27th of August and almost a month has passed and they have not gotten back to me. I really hope you can help. I've been in this mess for 4 months and I don't know what to do anymore.

The lady who scammed me is Misty Davis and her so-called ID number is (355808).
