Stay clear of Clear Choice merchant services they are in with Heritage web, Hit web design etc. They lie about their service charges and advertise that you get free services with hit web, then they do not deliver. Once you find out all the hidden fees they don't tell you about, they charge you a $350.00 termination fee. I am disputing with the bank. Hopefully this will help someone else out there not to get robbed.

The person from clear choice who wrote the response is clearly lying, my sales person Brian Ferren, did not disclose all of the hidden fee's, if he had, I would never have signed with them. When we tried to work this out, Randy, a manager with Clear Choice stated that after a couple of purchases, the $350.00 termination fee would be returned, where is that money? You can believe what you want, the company is going to say whatever to make you sign with them, but me as a consumer, who has nothing to lose if you go with them or not, is stating very clearly, stay clear of Clear choice and Hit Web design because they will lie to you, take your money, and then never deliver.

Since the filer of this report did not provide information I am not able to address or research
their complaint specfically.  I can address that HIT Web Design customers that opened a 
merchant account with ClearChoice were given several months of no fees to get their website
 up.  After that initial period, normal monthly minimums and processing fees are charged.  If the
merchant then decided to not process with us or did not build their website they were liable for
 a $350 contract termination fee that is part of the contract they signed. 

We are A rated with the Better Business Bureau and always conduct business in a fair and
legal matter.  We have no pending complaints with the BBB.  It is unfortunate that this person
did not read their contract prior to signing it.  We have no hidden fees, they are all disclosed
on our contract and are also gone over by the sales agent at the time the contract is signed.
I would be happy to address this situation with this person, but I am not able to do that
without infomation as to who they are. 

It should be noted that ClearChoice and HIT Web Design are seperate companies and do
not share common ownership.
