To all whom is interested in enrolling in the program at Clear Debt, please think twice before committing to the program!!! As an ex-employee of Clear Debt, along with three other ex-employees whom currently sit with me as I write this report, I urge you not to use Clear Debt to handle your debt issues. I promise the company will rob you blind, and doesn't care anything about you.

One of the managers, Robert Teal, always tells the customers how he's with them until the end, and he'll always help them when they need it, but if the customer calls back one day after enrolling into the program, because that customer might want to cancel, or is concerned, he will duck and dodge your call, he will talk very badly about you to the other employees, and will not under any circumstance refund your money.

In addition, the "manangers" Jim Jr. and Jim Sr. are a father-son dueo, whom have absolutely no idea how to run the company; they treat the majority of their employees like crap, and talk about them behind their backs. They have had several racial comments to other mangers and even some employees about other people in the office, including racial comments about African American customers; stating to the effect "that as long as there are black people, we will always stay in business." I took personal offense to that, regardless of the color of my skin.

The management team does not pay it's employees properly, there is no type of incentive for all the leads we were demanded to follow; all they did was push us, and fire us if we ever go sick. It was gotten so bad at the company that the two owners, Rick and Carl, have split up, causing a great break in the company, which will definitely lead to the business closing it's doors for good.

As at one point, when we were trying to enroll the client into the program, we asked for at least $200 a month, for 12 months, to pay our fees, so nothing was getting done within the first year to settle any of the clients debt. Also, we were forced to tell the clients that we could settle their debt for an industry average of 20%, however, in the time I worked for the company, the lowest settlement I saw was 70%; that's a long way from 20%.

The company recently purchased a dialer system, which is suppose to allow the employees to call more people in a given time frame, unfortunately they failed to invest in quality employees, and fired the quaility employees they did have, so now the millions they have spent on the dialer, they are losing daily.

From the time I began working for the company to now, every person that was in the department has either been fired or quit, because of the way the management department treated us. People were getting fired for having a magazine on their desk, to missing a day or work, because their child was sick, to being out for surgery. As employees, we constantly asked the management department, Jim and Jim when we would have insurance, they always said it was coming, but we never did receive it, and to this day, the company still doesn't have insurance for it's employees.

I'm not writing this report because I'm bitter about the company, but to spare somebody else the agony of trying to retrieve their money once this "company" goes out of business, which will be in the near and present future. I'm sure anybody who is looking into this company will probably call and inquire about this report, please do not allow them, especially Robert Teal, to fool you. They are very decietful, and will say anything in their power to steal your money.

During the time I was there, we did have a very nice supervisor, Terry Morrision; unfortunately, the management team treated him badly as well. Also, there were about 147 complaints on this sight in December, however, Clear Debt has spent thousands of dollars getting the reports "removed." I'm sure one day they'll pay to have this report "removed" also, I guess that is the nature of the beast. Please becareful all...EX EMPLOYEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. Terry, I hope you find something more exciting and worthwhile than Clear Debt Results...

To ALL that are looking for a company to business with or "Good" company to work for, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I too am a previous employee for this company and everything the ex-employee previously stated about the company is all true. I can attest as an employee of this company for one year, I took pride in going over and beyond to take care of Clear Debt's customers, as well as bringing new business to the company. The settlement business is BIG MONEY and Clear Debt is taking it. In my opinion, they do not care about the customers, and yes as previously stated by other report, The Mgr. disrepects customers by making negative statements about them to the other employees and also never returning phone calls....
Here's a very true story....The MGR (Robert) which is the biggest butt kisser I have ever seen (and I have seen a few) had the audacity to make a baby complaint about me to the president of the company (Jim SR)... There was a client that I thought was being overcharged for services because she actually worked her settlements on her own, and Clear Debt did very little or nothing regarding her debt, so I argued with Robert because I felt it was not right to charge the full debt fee since she already paid out so much for services she did NOT RECEIVE.....WELL THAT WAS SOME MISTAKE! The president (Jim SR) asked me into his office and he proceeded to reprimand me and stated that Robert is awesome, the best thing the company has ever had, blah, blah, blah... (I'm thinking now whos' blowing who?) and as I started to exit his office he says, "Who do you think I would keep out of all the employees in this whole company." I said hmmmmm, Robert? He says "YOU GOT THAT RIGHT NOW GET BACK TO WORK"!

I believe the settlement business is a good idea and does help a small client base however, this company is in serious need of people skills and customer service improvement.

So good luck to all that deals with this company!!

By the way, I find your insane ranting most entertaining. So I work with drug users and criminals, huh? Next you'll be saying we hired the Loch Ness Monster and that the management was responsible for the assassination of President Kennedy. So much for the Magic Bullet theory....

And by the way this past July 4th, which was a weekday I may add, I was at home, enjoying my three day weekend. Not working for cruel and relentless taskmasters as you seem to percieve them as.

May I suggest a career with the Weeky World News? Or perhaps the Onion?

Another pathetic attempt to bring down a company

As you can see above, another employee is let go from the company. And what do they do? Cry in out rage that they were released from the company, file false reports on a website that they know our potential clients visit, and tell blatant lies about the company they were fired from. It saddens me and sickens me that someone would stoop so low to lie about a company and mislead others about the things that go on within the company.

First of all, get a freaking life, if you hated the company so much then WHY did you stay here? Why not just look for another job some where else where you think you would be happier? Instead they have to get on this website and scream and yell that they were treated unfairly and go off about how the owners have split up and how the company is going out of business. They have no proof that the company is going out of business, and they post this stuff on here because they do not have to prove that what they are saying is the truth.

There is no reason what so ever to burn your tongue on such obnoxious tellings and accusations, besides the fact that you were fired. That is no excuse to act so childish, rude and immature. Once again we at the company can only hope that our future clients will not take disgruntled ex employees bitter experiences into consideration when deciding if this is the right company for you or not. There are a lot of other companies that I have seen that have the same kinds of complaints on here because of ex employees that feel they have to ruin a reputation because they were released for whatever reason.

I also feel the need to point out the fact that these ex employees don't even spell certain names correctly. Maybe they were just so "hurt" that they were not in the right state of minds to check their spelling, but then again, if they were in the right state of mind, they would know that posting such outrageous accusations is below them and they would have the decency to leave the rest of the employees to work in peace instead of trying to force the rest of us to lose our jobs as well. Thanks for your consideration ex employees!

I see that the ex-employees are still trying to say how CDR is in trouble and that the management has no clue as to what's going on. My respoes to your claims is simple: Prove it. You seem to think you know SO much about what's going on with the company, prove that it's in trouble; instead of just spouting out absurd and unsubstantiated claims! Anyone can plainly see you have a childish grudge against CDR and are trying to do whatever you can to "warn" people about what an evil company it is.

My co-worker is right about you redirecting your energy towards finding another job, instead of wasting your time speading these false accusations.

Let it go.

Since you want "Moral Employees" as you word it, start with terminiting yourself, your son, and Mr. Teal from the company. I think that will help build the character of the company once there are people there who UNDERSTAND THE COMPANY. But do what you wish, I found better!

I completely agree that Clear Debt Results is a worthless company and will be out of business within the VERY near future. Now that another one of my previous employees has been let go from the company, it is so interesting that all the employees that were there when I started are since gone. VERY INTERESTING...Also, I can't even believe Jim Sr. wrote anything about the company, considering he has absolutely no idea what is going on. The several times that I've asked him and Jim Jr. a question, they could never answer. When I was released from the company (for a reason which still hasn't been made clear to me) the entire floor knew I was gone before I could even get out of the office. So to even the score, I contacted a majority of my clients, and had them call in and cancel their contracts with Clear Debt. I find it ridiculous for Jim Sr. to LIE and say that Clear Debt has their applicants endure an extensive background check. Two of the individuals working their currently have felony convictions; they are treated horribly by the management department, because management knows nobody else will hire them with their records. Also, the management department is very aware that a mass number of it's employees frequently smoked illegal drugs, but still passed the drug test. I would never have trusted this company with my time or my time. And to answer Jim Sr.'s question, the only reason why they lowered the amount clients needed to sign up with the company was to keep the lights on, not in any way to help the clients. I urge a potential client to ask why the original owners split from the company, I guarantee you will be lied to, probably by Robert Teal. The management team advertised that Clear Debt was a religious based company, but they would curse at us, curse when talking about the clients, and forced us to work on holidays. I wish all the innocent customers and employees, excluding Robert Teal (ESPECIALLY), Jim Jr. And Jim Sr. Find another job before the company closes it's doors for good. Also, there was a lot of confusion buzzing around the office about Mr. Teal being caught...well that's probably too much information. Just don't trust the company.

The pathetic attempts of ex employees to destroy a company

It is amazing the lengths some people will go to discredit a company that they were in fact released from due to any number of reasons. Altough the ex employee may not want to admit their own faults, the company always has a good reason for letting that employee go, sometimes it is due to the fact that the person can not make it to work on time, sometimes it is the attitude recieved when they get some feedback about their preformance. The managment team did not explain to everyone why certain people were fired or left, because they feel that it is not our business. Although that person may feel it was for this reason or that, there are many things that go into a decision to dismiss a person, whether those reasons are stated or not. This ex employee, although he or she may claim the they are not bitter, the tone of the above comments certainly imply bitterness, even though this person singles out a manager that they got along with, it is apparant that this ex employee wants to discredit the company and make false accusations about closing down when they have no substantial proof what so ever. I noticed the ex employee failed to admit that the comany recently changed their service fees to make it more affordable for the client and allowing more savings up front. It is pretty sad that an ex employee is willing to stoop so low as to tell out right lies about something they not only cannot prove, but conveniently don't have to worry about proving since they are merely posting these things on a website. He or she may mention the attorney general on here, however, maybe this person fails to realize the extensive notes that a certain manager keeps about every meeting he has with the people under his care, along with dates, what was said, and how this person reacts to what was said. I think that maybe these ex employees should rethink the time they are spending trying to destroy a company and focus on getting a new job that maybe they would be happy with and would pay them what they need or want, and maybe give them a schedule they can work with. Having been employeed by a true racist and sexist at a certain company that will remain nameless, I truly do not think this ex employee realizes that the work atmosphere here is better than any major corporate company I have ever worked for. I don't think this ex employee really understands that there are companies out there that are true scams, where as we truly want to help people get out of debt, we proved that fact by changing the fee structure to make it more affordable for potential clients. I would hope that as a consumer you would realize that a bitter ex employee does not make a very good reference for a company.

I find it amusing that the so called president of this company feels " his honor " has been disdained by someone filing a report against his precious company.. I find it amusing that within Clear Debt Results own company letterhead and training materials, which i have copies of as a former employee state that " our company doesnt want anyone including current customers or former customers to complain to RIPOFFREPORT, and that they will go to any length to stop that from happening."

I also find it interesting the number of people claiming to be discriminated against who work for this company, and or did work for the company. I guess all those people are wrong? I think not. As a former employee and eyewitness to the massive deception within this company i can assure you that the reports filed by several of the people within the realms of this website are telling the truth. As a matter of fact, im so certain that the facts are true that i would be willing to sign an affidavit in a court of law attesting to those facts.

Also i am urging anyone one who has worked for the company currently or previously to file complaints to the EEOC and The US Labour Department if they feel that their rights have been violated in anyway while employed by Clear Debt Results Inc. Also if there are any former customers or current customers who feel that they have or are now being decieved by Clear Debt Results Inc. to call the Federal Trade Commision, and or The Federal Communication Commision to report violations of Federal and State Laws. This would also include contacting the Attorney General of The State of Texas regarding unfair trade and deceptive practices.
